Standard Products:
- Standard, non-customized products can be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in the order.
Custom Products:
- Customized products, including those with personalized designs or specifications, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If your custom product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a description of the issue.
- We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.
