However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return a product. Please review our returns policy below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Standard Products:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard, non-customized products can be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Custom Products:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customized products, including those with personalized designs or specifications, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your custom product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a description of the issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To initiate a return or report a damaged product, please contact us at <a>enquiries@immenseprinting.co.uk<\/a> with your order details and a description of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for choosing Immense Printing.
